Mr. Ahmed has extensive experience in various economic sectors including 25 years in the Egyptian Tax Authority before establishing AH&Co. year 1990 adding more 30 years of experience in several fields covering tax, legal, auctions, liquidation and RE valuations .
Mr. Ahmed is a Fellow of the Egyptian Society for Taxation since year 1994, and licensed as an Auctions Expert since 1991, Lawyer at the High Court of Appeal since 1992 and Court of Cassation since year 2007, Liquidator and Trustee since 1995, Arbitration Attorney since 2000, and RE Broker since 2003.

Mr. Abdelraouf has 35 years of experience in various fields and sectors covering accounting, auditing and tax in addition to auctions and RE agency and valuation services. Mr. Abdelraouf is registered as a Chartered Accountant by the Egyptian Ministry of Finance since year 1991 and licensed as Auctions Expert since 2007.
Partner - Tax and Advisory
Mr. Mohamed has more than 20 years of experience in various fields and sectors through the international audit firms as well as the banking sector. Mr. Mohamed is registered as a Chartered Accountant by the Egyptian Ministry of Finance since year 2003 and received the American Certified Public Accountant certificate in year 2004, licensed as Auctions Expert since 2008, and also International Mergers and Acquisitions Expert from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances – USA - year 2019.
Executive Manager - Auctions
Mr. Mohamed has 34 years of professional experience covering auctions, tax, accounting, and RE valuations. Mr. Mohamed is the executive manager of auctions and running all the arrangements for auctions and RE valuations.
Auctions Expert
Mr. Ahmed is licensed as Auctions Expert since year 2010, also he is registered in the Housing Co-operative Federation of Egypt and has more than 16 years of experience covering auctions services and clients’ accounts management.

Mrs. Iman is managing the tax section in AH&Co. with more than 38 years of experience in tax and legal fields covering various sectors.

Mr. Al-Saeed has 38 years of experience in various legal aspects covering criminal, personal status and civil laws; administrative jurisdiction division of the Council of State; commercial law and the related branches.

Mr. Mohamed has more than 36 years of legal experience covering corporate establishments’ legal procedures including commercial registry and social insurance requirements.
